Yesterday was one of "those" days. Constant grazing and cravings. This is part of life though. It's impossible to be consistently on point. Soooooo today is a fast day and my body can easily live off yesterdays intake. Have a great Tuesday everybody! 💜💜💜 #itscalledbalance
