Took a rest day yesterday and the scale this morning was ridiculous. I will not post it today, but will post whatever it reflects tomorrow morning. I am pretty sure the 'off day' has allowed my muscles to really retain some water to rest and repair. That retention really showed up this AM to the tune of about 3#. So I will wait today and whatever tomorrow reflects I will record. Knowledge is power, and I know there will be water retention.

The 'plan' today is some time on my treadmill and then meet my friend at the gym. I will get in weights there and maybe a little more cardio on the bike and row machine. My friend has a birthday today, and wants to go out for dinner. I have already logged in a steak salad so I have a place holder. Depending on where we go will depend on the type of salad I order :)
