well I spoke too soon last night, I did give into one temptation that was in the house. Actually the only food not on the 3 day plan were mixed nuts. BUT I did limit myself to one portion and ate them slowly. And I still showed a small loss today! I told myself if there was ANY loss shown on the scale below 170 I would stay within lowcarb/keto guidelines over the weekend and stay away from alcohol (that will be a tough one especially not having a glass or 2 or 3 of wine!). Soooo what did the scale reveal? 169.4 welllll that is below 170! So BPC this morning and I will stick with low carb. Monday I would like to go on the "Mayo" diet which is kind of low carb but has 1/2 grapefruit on it with some meals which I have been craving. I have to go grocery shopping but might put it off until later today or better yet tomorrow and see what the scale reveals in the morning. Yep I am back to counting each point down so looking for something below 169.4 maybe 168.8? hey I'll take it if that is how I have to get down past 159 which is when I really start to feel better and less bloated. But really looking forward to between 138 --- 142 that is the best weight for me. Haven't been there in years. My weight ticker doesn't update so I'll keep track in my comments and maybe update my profile (it has been awhile)!
