Put on a kilo, DANG! And It's not a surprise, I have been eating too much, not at meals, but snackings in between. I am almost relieved it is only a kilo. But Im back on track since yesterday, and I fight hard for that my next weight in in a week will be at least a kilo lighter. I do 1h of biking a day, with a heartbeat of 150-160 pr/min, so it is quite intensive. Daily kalories, I keep down to 600-900... With that, I should be able to reach my goal, a kilo in a week, and ultimately goalweigh 56 kilos for st Valentine... I'm really motivated, and have faith in it being possible. Good luck to you girls, who struggle the same difficulties.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
