Make sure your salty foods are also super low carb. Bacon is usually salty, but also fatty enough to kill hunger. Mayonaise will also satisfy the salt urges and is filling due to being so fatty. It takes less to kill the cravings if you choose fatty salty foods. Salted almonds are a good snack just keep them under control. Boiled eggs are a great vehicle for salt too, to kill salt cravings. Then counter all foods with Lots and Lots of water!! Drink even more than you think you want. Keep something to drink handy and sip all day. Now is the time to skip the sodas and choose tea, hot or cold, or waters. Sparkling water or seltzer water is sodium free and can be flavored with crystal light or other flavored low calorie low carb mixes. Drinking all the water will also help prevent headaches and leg cramps when your body is letting go of any water retention due to your period. Best wishes!

My husband loves salt and vinegar pork rinds. He will also eat plain pork rinds and mix some melted cream cheese with salsa as a dip. I dont care for pork rinds but they are definitely salty and low carb!
