So today is Saturday and my cheat day! Today i get to eat and drink anything I want without feeling bad or recording my calorie intake. Tomorrow I go back to my usual diet though. Doing this once a week is suppose to help speed up your metabolism so going to see if it works or not.

Thank you for the amazing comment on my journal entry and thanks for the add! It will be nice to have a buddy along the way that has a similar starting point!! I've heard cheat days are great as well, I plan to do the same, give myself a little break from the strict calorie counting and hopefully boost my non-existent metabolism!!!
