Yesterday, I totally kicked my own butt. I tackled the Beast after a BRUTAL 10 hour work day and after that, I worked my butt, abs and legs until I was as limp as a wet noodle. Hurts like a son of a gun today but you know what John says...It hurts so good!

Please, you know I struggle just as much as everyone else. I've had to REdedicate myself so many times but it's a process. I just had 2 slices of Papa John's for lunch (I haven't eaten pizza in forever) so I'll be hitting it again tonight!
