It's a funny thing. The more water I drink, the more I want to drink. Painted the laundry room, cabinets and everything and put the room back together - the whole process took ALL day. The upside to that is that I'm counting it as calories burned. The downside is that I didn't eat nearly enough calories today. But I also wasn't hungry. So it all balances out, I think.

I used to feel like that when I was pregnant lol. Is there something you're keeping from us, Toni? :P LOL .. Seriously though, I don't really crave water anymore, I think I'm just drinking it out of habit at this point. I've never really been a big soda-pop drinker, and I can't stand the taste of milk (plus I'm "newly" lactose intolerant), so, not a milk-drinker either. My favorite drink was homemade sweet iced tea. Oh my. I used to make at least 2 pitchers a day. But, I've never been a big water-drinker. Since I don't make tea anymore (tried making it with sweetener but it didn't taste like MY tea so I don't want it), and I don't buy sodas, the only thing in the fridge is milk and juice for the kids. Can't really have the juice, so I drink water :) I bet you burned a lot of calories finishing that laundry room! Yay you for finishing it!! :D

Oh God forbid! I think I'm still flushing stuff out of my system plus, I have that weird, metallic taste in my mouth that I always get when I go into ketosis and the water seems to help that subside some. We're not big soda drinkers around here, either. But I do get mios which helps a lot as far as water consumption goes. I don't use much so a bottle goes a long, long, way. Are you a Southern girl, Angie? I grew up in Charleston, S.C. Man, do I miss real sweet tea.
