Up by only 200g this morning. Calories and carbs came in some what higher yesterday than I would have liked, but it WAS Valentine's Day after all, and love I think is the best celebration ever. Had a sensible starter and main meal and ONE glass of red wine. Hubby wanted to get me a cocktail but I was happy and sometimes you need to know when to stop. Hope you all had a good time too. It's going to be another SWELTERING day, so keep cool. TGIF!!!
