Progress from July to 2 weeks ago. 80% keto 20% wild 😜 the progress isn’t as fast as some but I like donuts and cheetos sometimes.

Wifey, everyone starts from somewhere. My before before I was obese, take it one day or one meal at a time! If you eat in a way that doesn’t get you to your goal, double down the next day and work harder. You will get there.

Thank you so much Moopie for the wise words. I am getting there but it’s slow but as someone said earlier this week, we have the rest of our lives...not that I want to be the same 30 years from now, but you know what I mean!! 🤗

Miraculum, wild is buffets, party foods, s.a.d diet foods, no holding back from anything I fancy foods. I do this for a meal, a day... a week... 3 weeks until I’m ready to go back to feeling awesome again. I went wild and ate over 3500 calories in one day recently. I think over 500g of carbs. I log everything then the next day wipe off the cheetos dust from my lips, wash off the orange tinge from my fingers and start fresh again.

I’m either in keto or out, I can’t do moderation. That’s just me. I have two instagrams one for keto me and one for the haters when I’m not doing keto or when I’m doing keto but I’m in the presents of nonketo foods.

Well in that cause I’m either on a deficit or on a surplus, and as long as I quickly get back on track I can maintain my 117lbs
