Hi everyone, I have joined two challenges-1, replace 2 protein shakes for 2 meals and 2. No snacking after dinner time. I have followed these fairly well and I am pleased to report that on November 1, i weighed 224 and when I weighed today, I weighed 215 pounds, I am having problems entering my food choices in my food diary. I'm sure I will figure it out soon. But, I am feeling motivated and telling myself that I can do it. I have not been this close to the 200 mark in several years
