Feeling good today. Had a couple of struggles but was able to fight through them. My husband decided to cook a bunch of Jimmy Dean sausage (my favorite), fatty bacon, and 2 cans of biscuits. It smelled so good when I woke up with a cup of coffee waiting for me. I instead drank my coffee and then ate a healthy bowl of cereal instead of the greasy fatty stuff. So proud of myself.

Another temptation is there is ice cream (drumsticks) in the house and I love those things so have been tempted, but keep telling myself no. If I get a craving for a drumstick I will eat either fruit or one of my coconut fruit bars (Popsicle.

I have though been doing good on my water intake. I bought 2 cases of the 16.9 bottles of water and today I have drank 4 and working on my fifth right now. I know it does not seem like a lot but for me it is.
