Oops up. Too much eating whatever. This plan never works. What was I thinking.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

dont be discouraged Rome wasn't built in a day and it sometimes takes a while to find a rhythm that works with our individual ideal lifestyles. it's ok you dont have to be perfect everyday half the battle is being willing to jump back on the wagon after you fall off. i have the same problem but i think you and i can both do it 😊
