Lost it at dinner and ate 1/2 a frozen pizza - eating more cals and carbs in one sitting than I did the rest of the day. And only brief exercise tonight. Too tired to stay up and do more. I'm back on track as of right now. Going to bed before I stress my resolve further.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
