So I'm a little skeptical about my weigh-in this morning. One one hand, I want to celebrate because it's the lowest I've been in something like 8 years. On other hand, I'm wondering if my scale is correct, though I did weigh a couple of times and got the same result. I am confident, though, that even if the scale isn't entirely accurate, I am somewhere in the vicinity of this weight. I have been extremely diligent about eating well these past few days, and the efforts have paid off. I took the chocolate-covered pretzels that were my downfall and put them in my son's room. I made them for my son, but he has had barely a pretzel; I ate most of them, to my dismay.
140.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
