I kept it together this weekend :) Hubby took me to Ocean Basket on Saturday night and I made good choices. I even had (one) 250ml caraffe of red wine. My first alcohol since the new year. I sipped it slowly and enjoyed every little bit :) Also completed my first ever Garmin challenge, 1 week long which ended yesterday. Came in at 3rd position out of 80 people with a finally tally of 103031 steps which equates to 78km. I was SO chuffed!! It was mostly brisk walking and some jogging. I perspired "buckets" this week and my legs were aching last night! I haven't weighed myself but I just "feel" smaller. I'm going to eat on point Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and hop on the scale on Thursday morning for an official weigh in. Have a great week everybody!
