My post op was good. I can soak in a bath! Can’t wait. She said the daily exhaustion is likely my body still healing. She said give it about four more weeks to see if it improves. I’m pretty sure it is, too, since I don’t experience it as much on the weekend. The brain fog is real and if it doesn’t get better call her. The pain on my left side is due to that’s the side with the most adhesions from endometriosis causing my uterus to be stuck to my intestines. She said I’ll have more inflammation in that side, more swelling, more soreness until completely healed. I’m released to listen to my body and stop anything that hurts, but I shouldn’t be able to damage anything.

So I will keep on with my science project aka me.
217.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
