-5.....-27 with wind chill in Illinois this morning...calm the mind..set the intention..reach the goal..inside day for sure..no doubt in my mind...

Took off yesterday...gave my body rest it needed..even though mind wanted to ride after lunch...but kept the mind busy...stayed off zwift and the trainer..

Be doing zwift later this morning..already have riding clothes laid out...hoping power stays on...it’s been off for just a resetting of any thing electrical...hoping I get my workout in an saved..before it happens again...traffic by the house has been light today..I think a lot of stuff is closed..due to cold temps..and that’s fine with me...

Weight is up...but got a nsv from my riding friend yesterday...he’s not seen me in a month or so..he said looked like I’d trimmed up some..I weigh in at 280... and I’m a big guy...but I said Yeap...I have..he asked how much...told I I wast telling..lo

Later I looked at stats from scale..I already knew weight had been coming off...according to my subcutaneous fat..in last of nov it was 31.6 %....Jan 25 it was 29.8.... not been on scale lately to get stats...you gotta get naked...and yes the house is warm....but....brrr....subcutaneous fat is the fat in your skin...

Welp...another journal in cyber land...time to do a few things then get them endorphins woke up..get this cold day into a warmer place....
