I got up bright and early this morning to do my 1.5 hours at the gym. I've done really well this week with either going to the gym or going to bootcamp, so my reward for myself was to buy some organic peanut butter and low sugar strawberry preserves. That way, I can have my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with HALF the guilt. Just half! LOL The peanut butter is made with flax seed, so that takes some getting used to. Overall, it tastes really good.

I watched Jillian Michaels' new show today. It's called "Losing It," and I don't know how many times I thanked goodness Angel wasn't that bad. In one scene, Jillian takes a woman's water bottle and throws it across the room. I then imagined her taking my towel and throwing it across the room, and I just know I would've killed her. Nobody messes with my towel. Angel tries to take it away sometimes, but I always find it and take it back. I think she gave up messing with it.

I'm trying not to weigh myself until two or three weeks from now. But I moved my arm last night, and Pat asked if I noticed that I now have a "cut" in my arm. Wow!!! Not only have my arms gotten smaller in size, but now they're firming up like my legs. I'm a little obsessed with the cut now. I have never, in all my life, ever, ever had a cut in my arm. It fascinates me. So now when I'm bored, I look at the back of my arm and look at the "cut" muscle, and then of course I feel guilty because I'm so conceitedddddd...

I also did something silly today. I went to a department store and put on two size 16 pants. The woman asked me when I left the fitting area if they fit. I said, "Uh-huh! They did!" She asked, "Well, honey, why aren't you going to get them?" She just laughed when I said, "I just wanted to see if I could FIT into them." And I giggled and walked away, and I thought, I'll be back next month to fit some 12's or 14's! LOL
