22 workouts..337.5 miles..10226 in elevation..have been pushing harder on the workouts...first of the year..want to start off strong.

Good Tuesday morning...to all...that is my stats so far this month..with today being a day off...and 2 more days left...this month..after Jan ends then I’ve got a plan to use trainer road..and start off with a six week plan..thinking that a structured riding plan would get me stronger and help burn off the flab..riding zwift on days I felt like getting in a ride..

Get away from riding for miles...get more into a training program..not that I’m gonna be racing..my main purpose is to build my legs and anything else that needs to be built up...

Today is a day off..so gonna try and get back into a habit of doing arm workouts to strengthen my bicep muscles..they are weak still...I have decent movement..but thinking if I can build that up..maybe after a ride...arm..shoulder won’t be so tired..

This morning..11..wind chill -5... and it only gets worse till Thursday morning...coldest temps in 25 years..but no snow..

Breakfast is over once again...today might be a green tea to keep me warm day...probably be a recliner nap day..

Enjoy your day...

I've seen you pushing the climbing Mike...those miles are tough but sure build leg strength and endurance. Hope Trainer Road goes well too!!

Mike, I really found Jon's Mix on zwift to be beneficial...very good challenge (but doable) and hits both interval and sweet spot training zones (both zones important for strength AND endurance). You need to have your FTP dialed in though.
