Haven't been doing very well at recording anything on here. Trying to keep track of my weight hasn't been very inspiring either. I still have my tummy pudge and my hip pudge and my thighs... blegh! All I seem to have done successfully is slow my snacking. I just want to hit my goal weight and stay there, why is this so hard?? Oh well going to keep at it and hope to see weight start dropping faster again. I think the hardest part for me is that I am a glutton. I LOVE LOVE LOVE to eat. And limiting myself is the pits! Especially with holiday season looming... I don't exactly make the most calorie friendly desserts! Well here's hoping I keep the motivation and stay strong on the holidays.
