Week 2 ends today of the 12 week keto challenge. Starting fresh today since done with the pre colonoscopy diet/colonoscopy. My body seems to be back to normal. My weight is where it was 2 weeks ago. Let's go!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
