My goal is to get back to where I was 2 years ago. I can't believe I let myself go. I worked so hard exercising and losing weight and was 115lbs. Now I am ready to do this again and make it last.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi I understand how you feel. When I did my grad school in the US I was so rearing to keep fit and for two years of schooling I kept fit by working out and eating healthy. Now I'm back home in the Philippines and have let myself go too. It's frustrating at times and for a whole year I felt like my emotions were dictating my weight. But just a few weeks ago something just clicked and I am not willing to be pushed around by my weight anymore. I've decided to control it and not be ruled by it. I've gone back to working out and it took me a while to decide that I also need to make a conscious decision about eating healthy. I want to lose 20 to 30 Lbs. I know it will take a while but I want to challenge myself and do it in 6 months. I wish you success in your journey. Let's do it! :-)
