Ate terribly. Made it to yoga once {only offered once a week now at my gym...grrr!} Next week's goal {by Saturday/Sunday} is 156 to be on track for the holidays. I'm eating a meatless salad as we speak! :) It's full of chickpeas, mushrooms, spinach, cabbage, romaine and kidney beans. Topped with a Greek yogurt-based dressing. I just need to keep this up. :)
