Incredibly disappointed - not sure how this fluctuation happened with two minor cheats šŸ˜­šŸ˜‚šŸ˜­ Iā€™m reinforcing my resolve with lentil soup and Zumba!
170.6 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
