Happy Wednesday! :) I only managed to log my exercise today and only ate one good meal today at lunch time. My hubby's cousin who is a chef really spoiled us to the max. Crayfish, angel fish, calamari, salmon cakes and yellow rice with pea's and cumin, in a seafood "extravaganza" oh boy my tastebuds were doing the dance of joy!! I didn't pile my plate up but I did have a little bit of everything, including a vegan salad with croutons and olives. No wine. I'm staying stubborn with my booze free dry January and feeling amazing. I've been in a couple of social drinking situations this month and it has not bothered me at all. Yikes,it's weigh in day tomorrow. I've had mostly generous (higher) calorie days of late "thank you" hunger; and not holding too much hope of a loss but I'll weigh in never the less. Good luck to everybody else who weighs in on a Thursday too! 🧚‍♀️💕💜
