Woke at 228.4, up .8 from yesterday after going a little overboard during the NFL playoffs last night. I drank a bottle of red wine, had a few whiskeys in sparkling water, a handful of walnuts, and three ounces of pepper jack cheese. That added several hundred calories but I still got about a 300 calorie deficit. Starting with protein coffee in the morning and then will do crack chicken for dinner. It's 16 degrees F here today. Bundle up! Made it to 227.8 before dinner.
