Back on track after on-again, off-again eating habits that included binges of Rice Krispie Treats and even a Pepsi here and there. I feel better knowing that I can get back to eating the way I should be eating. I also feel better physically. The sugar binges make me feel bloated.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
