I woke up this morning feeling like crap. I didn't run but I walked for a 1 1/2 hours. I'm not one to take pills or any type of medicibe...just don't like it. But I finally gave in I took some aleve sinus and cold...I feel better! Had to give in with a 18 month old running around all day from 630 am till 830 pm...life can not get in the way!
Well I'm determine to run tomorrow...we will see! Have a great day!
