been on atkins since 10/8 lost 3 1/2 lbs first week. no change since 10/15 not even an ounce. getting a little down about that. maybe i shouldn't be weighing myself every day?

It's only been a few days. On Atkins, you can lose fat and not see the scale move for a bit. So you may notice your clothes getting more loose. But the scale will move a gain. It's not going to be every day. Patience and persistence.

I had to give my daughter my scales to hide for me. I'm the type that gets so down because of the normal daily fluctuations. I'm thinking it will be much more exciting when i weight myself every other week.
