So I didn’t realize I was having a premenstrual bloat this last week (my period isn’t really predictable). I thought my weight was just hanging on for its dear life, and then ‘shark week’ hit me and I have lost the water weight. This loss is really heartening ❤️🎉❤️
169.3 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
