Not bad considering I had the bachelors over the weekend and a breakfast brunch to attend! Self control was hard, but I made it through. This weekend I’m attending the wedding - not sure that I’m THAT disciplined!
173.7 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
