Ate pretty badly this week, so I'm not surprised I gained some weight. Started eating better again though and I'm trying to walk at least 4 miles a day and squeeze in blogilates on the days my roommate is out of the room. Hopefully this week will be better.
168.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
