@orosgirl ask me to share my black bean pattie recipe. It’s done in a food processor, but I think you can do it with a blender. Or just mash it together with a masher, maybe?

This recipe makes 10 patties that you can freeze and then bake later. I like to bulk prep!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup raw oats
1 red onion
2 carrots
2 garlic cloves
1 tin black beans
1 tin chickpeas
1 egg
Smoked paprika
Cumin powder
Cinnamon

I bleats the pasta to break them down a bit and then you can either process or grate the harder veggies into a bowl.
It’s super simple just mix all ingredients together. I wrap small patties into cling wrap and then freeze until

Apologies, I couldn’t see the last part of what I was writing - the entry got too long. Blend the oats and all ingredients together and then form small patties. You then wrap in cling film and freeze until you’re ready to bake them.
