Day 54 of 65

Tick tock goes the clock... will I reach my goal??? Have not updated my weight because it is back up.
Sometimes life is just not fair.. but no sense whining about it because life is life
Been eating too many refined carbs and not recording my intake.. bad me!

But for today I am grateful for:
my job and my 80% drug coverage because without it there is no way I would be able to afford my medications.
my family.. even tho my baby brother was kind enough to share his head cold...
my roomate.. being weirdly kind the last little while.
"the boys" who hang out at my place and make me laugh
my guardian angels and their full time job making sure I am safe
my fs buddies who I can count on and appreciate.

Well that's it for me today...

Happy Hump Day to you too! You ARE reaching your goal..one day at a time. I have to pay attention too, but to my recent "give ins" to mounds of chocolate..of course mother nature was involved and now she's moved on to her next victim :) Enjoy the rest of your week!

Hi Pam I know how you feel, just got done eating everything in my site and my scale says I now weigh 150 lb! I'm not giving up I will weight 140 lb it's just a mater of time! Hope the rest of your week goes well!

I have good news... the weekend is finally here!!!!! :D I think it is really beautiful that you went through and named each thing you were appreciative for in the moment. Being grateful for things keeps people humble and much more aware. It sounds like you value your life and the people in it which is above all else the most important. The scale will budge. I've been doing the same thing, eating too many carbs and NOT recording every little thing.. but I went back and tried to get everything I missed because I know if I have to see the big numbers, it might sink it... good luck lady!
