Didn't do well today. I ate more junk than anything. I don't know if it's because I was home all day or what, but Lord knows I feel off the wagon today!!
Tomorrow will be better. :)

there is always time to start again!!!! don;t beat your self up - just brush your self off and keep going - maybe get out side for a walk - that would get you out of the house (away from the fridge) and would help burn off some extra calories - you'd probably end up feeling a lot better too!

Glad to hear!! As for your comments on my journal - it is not so much that I am beating my self up - I don't think that indulging every once in a while is a terrible thing - I think everybody needs to do it once in a while (just not every day!!) I am just gobsmacked that straying so slightly can have such drastic impact on the progress I have made - what is wrong with my body - why can some people have desert every day and stay thin yet I can't have it once a month?
