My baby brother and how amazing he is doing, plus the exceptional care he is receiving at the group home

Veggies, veggies and more veggies were had at mom's last night problem is I went too heavy on the salt. Plus I have not been drinking the water that I should be. Needless to say my weight is up and I feel bloated. So lots of liquids are going to be needed in the next little while.
I'm just wondering does anyone else have trouble drinking the required water when the weather turns cool?
Anyways for today it's going to be relaxing, I was able to get most of the laundry and housework caught up yesterday morning. So I have planned to hang out with the roomate. We might go for a ride or maybe just a walk around. Either way it will be nice to just hang out.
