Week 26 - Wow recommitting to logging my food has really really paid off this week! I also started drinking 135oz of water a day, this is what I had been doing in the beginning but had slacked off to half that amount over the past few weeks. Back on track! Womp!

186.4 lb Lost so far: 23.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay! Isn't it nice to find something that works for you! It's the same for me, too. Water and exercise have played a major role in my loss so far. Keep up the good work! I just noticed that we've lost about the same amount :D
