Yesterday the 'Eat to Live' book arrived and Ive started reading it - its quite big and am about 1/3 way through basically its saying so far - no meat - no dairy - no processed - like a vegan diet. I will try my best to stick to it - dont mind not eating meat or dairy but do like a cuppa in the morning with some skimmed milk - see how i go !!
