yesterday i did my workout, tonight i feel so weak and tired but i did 40 minutes! im determined to get into this new change of routine. :)

Thank you, im pushing myself. My mind is yes but my body is like nah..lol..i been drinking more water. Im wondering if its the change in my schedule. Back to work and not just being stay at home mommy. I am enjoying my job however:)
