So I did legs yesterday....my legs aren't sore....but I guess they wouldn't be using lil mama as a weight. I'll try more reps next time and see if that does it. I did back/bi's tonight and abs of course. Going to stick with it hopefully ill get more tone. You can start seeing my muscles because of when I use to body build but I want to get more toned. It's really hard without weights. But I can make the best of it. Enjoy your evening.
