Stopped tracking my food this month. Still haven’t added in exercise. Hubby diagnosed with near diabetes so watching food intake and exercising. At least we are on same page about eating healthy now.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
