Day 4 of a planned 4 day ‘no solid food’ fast

Posting a picture to measure my progress. I feel ‘fat’ right now (I’m 10 pounds over my goal weight), so I am keeping my shirt on 😊

🏋🏾 I went to the gym yesterday at 6:00am in the morning. I was able to do my squats and deadlifts, but, I still had to wait for a free station because people who go to the gym that early hang out mostly in the free weight section. I couldn’t get on my normal Smith Machine (that has a frame to prevent the bar from tipping over), so I dropped my squats down to 180lbs. I still felt ‘strong’ when I started my deadlifts, but, I kinda did a miscalculation when I then slapped 25lbs plates on the bar and raised it to 230lbs! Still did the lift 😊
