been away at conference with my wife for a week. had a great time together. but ate 1000+ extra everyday! I did exercise everyday too. even added some light weights, so far so good.I'm expecting to be up around 3 pounds from my former goal, up 5 from my new goal. just need to remember that there is a cause effect relationship here. and that I had a great time with my wife. worth it.
