Strangely, I'm UP a kilo after behaving perfectly well yesterday. At least I know better than to panic over it. It's Saturday, it's Indulgence Day. Up to the limit, not over.

Life is good!
195.3 lb Lost so far: 146.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
