Did not follow potato hack this week. Ate potatoes just 1 day. Ate salmon, & shrimp and lots of rice. Fed my craving for crunchy Cheetos. Didn't gain much (thank goodness), but didn't lose either. Now I know.
213.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
