By seriously looking at my sodium,(using the DASH-sodium diet, added to my WFPB one) I was immediately restricted calorie-wise! That is a good thing as I was slowly creeping back up. Dont want that to happen. Plus trying to do my best to keep blood pressure down without more medication. So, already have these restrictions (self-imposed):

1. No snack foods, except fresh fruit.
2. Very few processed foods...GF bread for sandwich, since havent yet figured out how to bake bread in the Instant Pot (IP), but I will. Veggie tamales from Tucson Tamales (via Sprouts)---now to have only 1/2 per day due to the sodium content. Next order I will choose only vegan & only the lower sodium ones. They do provide the nutrition content on the website. Chao vegan "cheese", made from tofu, I love & allows me to have a grilled "cheese" sammie.
3. No refined sugar...so have not been eating any sweets of any kind. Really works for the weight & since my goal is for my health, end justifies the means!
115.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
