Down, down, down. Very happy. 155, I'm comin' for ya! I have not being so obsessive about calorie intake. Paying more attention to protein and carbs. Keeping my body confused, never keeping the same caloric intake. It seems to be working. So far, anyway. Going to the gym 3 times a week. Also mixing it up there. Cardio, weights, and yoga. Never get bored. Christmas is not a worry, even if I overeat, it will come off quickly. Of course I will be aware of all I eat, and log it.

157.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
