I'm not actually going to weigh in, but I'm at 140 so I've gained 2 lbs since 5 days ago when I weighed in last. I've ate sooooo bad this week and the scale proves it. Candy bars, cupcakes, doughnuts, chips, cookies and bagels. FML. I plan on having a salad for lunch. Not like that will even the playing field out lol but it's a start.

It is a start. One start is all it takes!! Let go of the junk you have eaten and think about how much better you'll feel once it's all throgh your system!
