day 41 of 65

grateful for:
family
my job
FS buddies
figuring out what is causing joint pain
hot coffee and filling oatmeal
1 more day till the weekend..

As mentioned above I believe the culprit of all these aches and pains are caused by my craving for salt. Right now I would fight a cow to get at their salt lick. So once again the experiment is needed to see if this theory is correct. Another idea is too research some physiotherapy exercises that will help limber up the joints causing me the most pain..
Needless to say this episode has soured my mood.. but I refuse to actually admit how badly it has.. nobody needs to listen to anyone on the poor me pity pot!

Awww Pam2 hope you find something that soothes the pain soon :) I had incredible pain in my right wrist and found it was RSI from using the computer mouse...so I learnt to use the mouse with the left hand and wore a splinted wrist guard on my right for about two months and it's all good now - but amazing how we don't realise that we are causing ourselves injury until it is a continual pain....

Ouch. I'm sorry chica. I hope the pain passes quickly, so you can stop craving it so badly. It's crazy how food can affect us that way. Hope you start having a better day soon. Hugs!

How much water are you drinking? Maybe you are dehydrated?? Whatever it is, good luck figuring it out! Its the worst when we know something is wrong, but we don't know how to fix it.

I have joint pain in my ankles, due to a bad fall and injuring my spine a few years ago, the pain is horrible! I know what it's like to deal with this. I hope you start to feel better soon!
